Overview: Members join Dubli to download a special toolbar to track their online shopping to earn cash back. They can upgrade to premium or VIP member to earn referral fees. Or become a Business Associate to earn the commission based on an MLM compensation plan.
DubLi, Team Wukar Review
Dubli was founded in 2003 by Michael Hansen. It started out as a reverse auction company where people buy credits from Dubli to reverse bid (as cheap as possible) any items on auction there. It began to move out of the reverse bid auction business model to a cash back business model in 2014.
What is Team Wukar then?
Team Wukar a.k.a. (Wake Up, Kick Ass, and Repeat) was founded by Art, who then assigned Matt Trainer to use the WUKAR brand, promote it as one of Dubli Network’s biggest teams using Dubli’s new cash back business model. If you join Dubli, there is a high chance that you’ll be under the Team Wukar’s structure.
p.s. I am not an affiliate of Dubli Network. As I have mentioned in a few of my review posts that I am not keen in joining an MLM program. This review is done base on my research and study on the resources available. Hope this will help you to understand about Dubli better before you make a decision to join.

DubLi, Team Wukar Review – How Dubli works?
Simple. As a FREE member, all you have to do is to download a special Dubli Toolbar to your web browser. This special Toolbar will track your purchase with the participating merchants. It will calculate your cash back at the same time.
Currently, if you sign up as a FREE member you will receive a cash back of USD$10 Free, BUT with a condition. Do take note.
*Members get a $10 bonus cash back Special Offer for joining DubLi. Members must earn an additional $15.00 within ninety (90) days after the Special Offer issue date in order to qualify for the $10 cash back.

At a glance, you can tell the difference between each type of premium plan.
However, did you notice that the VIP premium has changed from $99/year to $49.50/year?
This is quite strange as there was not any mention of discount anywhere at Dubli’s home page.
When I proceed further to make the order (without paying of course), the order form indicates $49.50 as the first bill, and the annual payment mode is checked. (Do clarify with the customer service before you make any payment to avoid future problems.)
When you upgrade to the V.I.P. Membership, you can earn up to $20.00 every time you refer another customer who holds a V.I.P. Membership for at least 30 days. There’s no limit on how many people you can refer.

From the slides, you’ll notice that the compensation plan is not easy to understand and there are numerous up-sells on the Membership Packages and Rank Promotion Accelerator. There is even a start-up cost to join as Business Associate with a monthly license fee.
Therefore, you have to weigh the business cost and how much effort and time you are willing to invest to sourcing for your down-line. Similar to all other MLMs in this world, this is not an easy business.

I rated Dubli, Team Wukar 1.0 stars because it is more for online shopping cash back if you join as normal members. Even if you join as a VIP member, each referral fee you receive is USD20 only.
If you join as a Business Associate, you have to operate with the Dubli’s MLM business model with a cost. And it requires really much persistence and hard work to achieve the high ranking position where you can then see the large recurring income to escape the Rat Race. Most people will give up shortly when they are not getting the income they expected.
Nevertheless, there are many other ways to earn income without using the MLM business model. No fear of rejections and fear of losing friends and family members when you try very hard to sell them Dubli’s Business Associate plans.

I am not with dubli nor I ever was, but I have noticed how Wealthy Affiliate reps follow a pattern they are taught in their post. Bring down another company then claim your Wealthy Affiliate is the solution. You claim it’s free, but there is a $47 fee. Is that the level of great business knowledge they give you. Truthfully guys, that is scandalous and lame. Look at most wealthy affiliate post. They pattern this. That is why I will never spend money on this product. Folks, it’s not free.

I feel sorry for you if Wealthy Affiliate has made you feel this way. I agree that there are many review sites out there following a pattern you mentioned. This is because many followed the Wealthy Affiliate Bootcamp. It is a course to teach novice marketers how to market Wealthy Affiliate if they do not know what niche they want to get into. However, Wealthy Affiliate cannot control how each individual will write their post.
To be honest, I followed the course too. Personally, I feel that in my research review, I should always place the facts truthfully for my readers. If they are smart enough, they should be able to discern from the good or bad. In anyways, I did not force anyone to sign up anything.
Wealthy Affiliate offers free* starter membership for anyone who wish to know what is Online Marketing like, providing them a basic course and 2 sub-domain websites to build their first Online Business. If they find it workable for them, they have the option to upgrade to Premium as you mentioned for a monthly fee. Again, it is entirely up to them.
Did you notice the small * beside the free? You are right. It’s not free if you reside in one of the 7 countries excluded for the free* membership due to Spam and Fraud. People from these countries will have to be a Premium Member Directly if they are really keen to learn from Wealthy Affiliate.
