Lead Lightning certainly caught my attention when I realized that it offers a full list building system and completes with an auto-responder.

Lead Lightning is in simplicity a marketing system/funnel with just a one-time fee of $7.

3. You could be earning $6.00 commissions for each Leads Lightning sales.

Lead Lightning Review – The Tripwire.

Wow! It seemed a good for value offer!

Because auto-responder companies such as Aweber is charging a monthly fee of minimum $19/mth!

However, as you know, I am always skeptical of such offers because I have seen too many tripwire products over the years such as the iPAS2 system.

Tripwire products are products that offer you very low-cost entry point follow by a series of up-sell or down-sell bombardment.

True enough, once you sign up for Lead Lightning you are going to be offered the following

• Silver Membership.
• Gold Membership.
• Diamond Package
• Platinum Package

The $7 Lead Lightning could lead you to pay up close to $500 in the end!

I’ll elaborate on each membership a little later.

Let’s take a look at the difference between Lead Lightning and Power Lead System.

Lead Lightning Review – Different Products.

It could be slightly confusing here, so follow me closely.

Lead Lightning and the Power Lead System are actually 2 different products.

Lead Lightning is the “Lite” version of Power Lead System.

Silver Membership is the upgrade of Lead Lighting.

Once you upgrade to Silver Membership, you actually unlock some of the functions of Lead Lightning.

The compensation for Lead Lightning and Silver Membership is one-up. i.e. You get a certain percentage of your direct referral’s payment.

Gold Membership is the starting level of the MLM Power Lead System with its own compensation plan. (See Compensation Plan Video below)

Power Lead System offers you a 7-days free trial if you choose to join Power Lead System directly without going through Lead Lightning’s tripwire.

Inversely, you can choose to purchase the Lead Lightning product after the Power Lead System free 7 days trial ends.

Lead Lightning – $7 One Time

You could earn $6 one time from a sale of Lead Lightning.

If you are not an affiliate, ie. a free member of Power Lead System, the commission will roll past you in search of the first upline member qualified to receive it.

 

Silver Membership – $29.97 monthly

The Silver membership consists of a $299.00 Facebook marketing course called Endless Free Leads 10, Master Traffic Academy, all product updates, and ongoing training.

You could earn $15 monthly recurring commission from any of your direct referrals who upgrades to Silver Member.

You’ll also earn a 25% matching bonus on the entire pay line commission totals of ALL personally referred Diamond level sales.

 

Platinum Package – $497 One Time

The Platinum package is a (one time) $497.00 Facebook marketing course called Social Profit Academy. This is a high-value product teaching you how to advertise any product or service on Facebook using paid advertising.

Lead Lightning Review – My Personal Take

Personally, I feel that Lead Lightning itself is a great product for new Internet Marketer who is just starting out and do not wish to invest in an autoresponder system that incurs monthly charges.

Although Lead Lightning comes with a pre-written sales email for you to promote Lead Lightning, you could modify them to promote your own product/business.

On the other hand, I do not like the fact that Lead Lightning will entice you to promote itself with all the training focused on selling it.

The upsells of Membership and Packages is a risk for new Internet Marketer who has no idea what is MLM all about.

Being an experienced MLM marketer before, I also know that MLM is not a simple business model as many have thought. There is no get rich quick without effort and hard work.

I am glad that in the Power Lead System compensation video, this is mentioned right in the beginning. (Watch again if you missed it!)

You have to ask yourself these questions,

1. How do you market Lead Lightning?
2. Who is your potential customer?
3. How to recruit your member?
4. Are you going to make cold calls to strangers or “SPAM” your social account?
5. How to build a website that promotes Lead Lightning that generates viewerships?
6. How to encourage your member to sell Lead Lightning?
7. How to motivate your members to stay active so that you can have the monthly recurring commission?
8. Have the products benefited you so much that you are so convinced telling others about it?
9. Who do you go to when you are stuck or feeling down?
10. Is your sponsor there to guide and help you?

I know, because I have been there and done that.

I had spent $1000s on MLM products and even experienced recruiting before.

I did countless presentations. Let me tell you, it is not easy to face rejections from your loved ones and close friends.

Moreover, people will give up easily when they expect to see a fast income but when it did not happen.

Lead Lightning cost only $7 to start.

It is not painful at all for anyone who gave up after one month when they do not see the money coming in, isn’t it?

You see where I am coming from?

Also, there is a very thin line between MLM and Pyramid Scheme.

MLM business offers compensation for sales of retail products from the sponsors to their downlines and possibly earn commission from their downline’s sales too.

Pyramid Scheme offers compensation for recruitment only. There is no retail product.

There are many MLM companies Online selling E-products of no values as a mask for its Pyramid Scheme. Therefore, you have to be very careful not to fall into traps of these companies.

Lead Lightning is a product that could be useful to new Internet Marketers. But would they use it as a mask to recruit because it offers higher compensation?

To make Online Passive Income, I would definitely prefer Affiliate Marketing.

I rated Lead Lightning 2.0 stars because I think it is quite valuable for a $7 one-time payment, you have a workable lead marketing system for your product/business.

However, I am not really in favour in promoting it with the underlying MLM Power Lead System.

Power Lead System could lean towards the Pyramid Scheme if every member uses Lead Lightning as a mask to recruit. Ultimately, many people will suffer when a Pyramid Scheme crashes out.
