Operation Quick Money Review – How it begin?

I got to know about Operation Quick Money through a random click of free advertisements at LeadsLeap. When I browsed read Patric Chan’s Landing Page, I liked what he said.

“After more than a decade of being in this business, I’ve realized that the REAL reason why someone achieves success or fail is not strictly based on the methods that they have learned – it’s based on that person’s mindset for success, their drive if you like.”

“The Operation Quick Money is a system that I’ve developed to help you to make money online. Simply how it sounds, the system is about how you can get started quickly to make your very first $100.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme. It takes time and work to achieve – but when you follow the right steps, the work you put in can finally create the success that you’ve been looking for.”

So beware, Operation Quick Money does not mean you’ll earn money quickly rather you can set up the system quickly. (Very misleading here, I know)

This resonates with my beliefs and I became interested in his offer of free training.

As an experienced Affiliate Marketer myself, I want to see if his free training can really help a novice in making money Online, so I registered for the free training for this research review.

p.s. I will not elaborate on the “Fast Cash Series” product here as this is just a side product that Patric tried to promote. It is basically some methods similar to flipping domain names.

Operation Quick Money Review – What you’ll learn?

What will you learn after you’ve registered for Operation Quick Money’s free training?

I’ll share with you briefly what you’ll learn,

Step #1: How to Make Money Online Quickly

Again, the title here is very misleading.

In this step, Patric will introduce to you what is Affiliate Marketing. He zooms in to introduce ClickBank as the place to find Affiliate Products. So you’ll have to create an account there. It’s free to do so.

He also personally recommends ClickBank’s products in the “E-business & E-marketing” category. He rationalizes that this is the best kind of category to promote because it has a huge worldwide market.

In the last paragraph, he points you to an “Offer Finder App” that he developed. You can use this app to easily source the best selling product in ClickBank without the hassle to search it yourself.

 

 

I selected the hottest and Top 10 Rankings, clicked on the [Search Offer Now] and here are the results:

The Top Ranking result under the “sponsor ad” is Patric’s own ClickBank product. (He is trying to ask you promote his own product.)

If you noticed, all the returned results are related to making money online affiliate programs. No matter which you choose (Normal, Hot or Hottest). I guess he has already done a pre-filter for “E-business & E-marketing” products he mentioned earlier.

You can click on the red [Affiliate Link] button to create your own ClickBank’s hop link.

If you clicked on any of the Big Blue Links, you’ll be directed to the ClickBank’s product with a referral’s hop link. In this case, my referral is the person that post the landing page ads at LeadsLeap I mentioned earlier.

If you are an experienced marketer, you’ll now know how Patric’s system actually works. Do not worry if you do not know, I’ll explain in a little while.

 

Step #2: How to Set Up a “Review Style” Blog To Make Affiliate Commissions

In this step, Patric will go through step by step with you on how to create a review blog using the free blogger.com from Google. Following that, how to get your ClickBank’s affiliate links and place them in your blog.

Then he will teach you how to ping your articles using pingomatic.com to inform all search engines that you have updated your blog.

Personally, I feel that blogger.com is not a versatile platform for blogging as there are many limitations of what you can do. The numbers of Plugin are limited too.

WordPress.com is the alternative I recommends. I used WordPress for this blog and setting up is very simple. Just 30 seconds to setup and you can start blogging right away.

Furthermore, you need not do the “pinging” steps to tell all search engines that you have updated your blog. WordPress will do it automatically for you.

 

Step #3: How to Bring Traffic To Your Blog Effectively

Step 3, Patric will go through in very quick explanation of how to gain traffic from,

1. The SEO Method (Search Engine Optimization)
2. How to create a Facebook Fan Page.
3. Other Free Methods ( A few videos he compiled from YouTube)

Personally, I feel you’ll not gain much from the information here. This page is just too brief. From a Novice point of view, I am totally lost!

Gaining Traffic Online is the most difficult step in Affiliate Marketing that involves Keyword Research, Content Creation based on the targeted Keyword, On-page and Off-page SEO. There is a lot to learn!

You can’t just write a few lines for each topic and compile a few videos and expect people with ZERO knowledge to know how to gain traffic!

 

Step #4: The Real Secret Of Generating Sustainable Internet Income

Well, this is the final step and the end of the “sales funnel”.

Patric will tell you that the most important part of Affiliate Marketing is to build an email list. He will tell you how an email list is your key to a sustainable income, how you can set it on auto-pilot.

Then he will tell you that most people fail to master the skill of building a mailing list and email marketing, citing you’ll need a good squeeze page, a series of well written follow up emails and a good product to offer for the email address in exchange.

Now the big picture of this CB Passive Income system.

 

1. When you pay for the license for CB Passive Income System, you are able to generate a Special Landing Page cloaked with your personal referral ID.
2. Then, you have to create your own blogs or using social media to direct traffics to your special Landing Page. When your referral entered his email at the Landing Page, he will be directed to the Operation Quick Money Training pages I mentioned above.
3. When your referral buys the CB Passive Income License or any of the Big Blue Link products you saw earlier, you’ll earn x% commission from the sales, provided he/she does not refund within the 60 days money-back-guarantee period.
4. The email list collected at your Special Landing Page will be shared by Patric and You. Patric will continue to send his promotional e-mails to your referrals. Hoping they will buy the CB Passive Income License if they did not buy the first time.

Operation Quick Money Review – My personal take

Will it work?

I think Patric is quite smart to think of this system, trying to help someone without Online Marketing knowledge to build an email list to monetize.

It could work, but there are some points to consider, though:

• The free training is too brief for the most important part, Gaining Traffic. Your referral may be too confused to even know how or where to start.
• If your referral is confused and sees no results, the refund rate may be high.
• You’ll share your email list with Patric Chan if you invest in the CM Passive Income License. If I am in your email list and you try to promote your own products to me and I do not have the slightest memory that I sign up for your email, I will unsubscribe immediately.
• There is minimal support, you are mostly on your own.

You see, I am not really keen sharing an email list with another person. If you want to use the CB Passive Income System, I would recommend you just let Patric’s system do its work.

I prefer to build my own list and promote my own products. Building a list is not as complicated as what Patric said. There are many autoresponders that are really user-friendly.

Again, this is my personal take and you may have different takes on this.

I rated this product 2.5 stars because the system is well thought out to help new Internet Marketers.

However, Patric does not elaborate on the most difficult part of Affiliate Marketing on how to gain traffic the right way in the free training. This could be a stumbling block for many. Perhaps he wants you to buy the CB Passive Income License as there are more training videos on traffic there.

Personally I think Wealthy Affiliate is the best place to learn about Affiliate Marketing and how to gain traffic. I would highly recommend it if you can go through the free* Online Entrepreneur Certification Course (Level 1) to have the first-hand experience of how to build your Affiliate Marketing Business and how to gain traffic the right way.

Even for the free* course at Wealthy Affiliate, every detail is laid out clearly for a novice with ZERO Affiliate Marketing knowledge.
