I was searching for motivational presentations at TED.com yesterday and I found this interesting presentation by Professor Dan Ariely.
I thought it was quite meaningful and would like to share with you here.
Lets take a moment to listen to what he said at TEDxRiodelaPlata in 2012. I will share with you the secret that motivates us to be Successful in a while.

In Professor Dan Ariely’s presentation, he is telling the corporate world how to address their employees’ motivation.
After listening to his presentation, I thought: “Hey! This could be applied to Online Business owners like me too!”
I am the Boss and employee of my Online Business. Right? lol.
And I totally agree with Professor Dan Ariely’s reasoning that ones need to derive meaning to his/her work in order to be motivated.

Does the meaning behind your Online Business provide you a sense of achievement?
Does the meaning behind your Online Business provide you the grit to keep moving forward even you face hard knocks?

Your Online Business is like the baby mentioned in the presentation.
Will you value it more and more if you put in your heart and soul to nurture it like from a baby, to a child and eventually grown ups?
You will find that you will not give up easily if you value your Online Business like your own child. You gave birth to it, you’ll nurture it and grow it to be a successful one.
